Common Areas

  • Construction of Alara Residences was begun in May 2010 and the residences will be delivered in March 2012. This site consists of 6 blocks and 60 apartments. It is located opposite of İrfan Primary school on Yalı Street. The apartments in these residences vary between a gross area of 135 and 145 with 3 rooms and 1 living room. There are 2 close parking lots in this site.
